Affiliate Marketing Manager

  • Good Knowledge of all the business model in Affiliate Models.
  • Working with both Publishers and Advertisers and mapping best demand and supply in order to deliver the results.
  • Working with Global Advertisers and Publishers.
  • To create sales strategies and budgets with a view to maximising market share and margins.
  • Day to day interaction with existing advertisers to look for opportunities for revenue and growth of the existing accounts.
  • Guide the Affiliate Team member(s) and ensure that recruitment strategies and on-going engagement initiatives have been completed.
  • To ensure all processes and documentations are in place from registration, tracking, campaign and finance set-up to ensure that affiliates get paid.
  • Handling of the key accounts ensuring advertiser satisfaction and campaigns delivery at all times enabling up-sells to the account.
  • Data Analysis and data interpretation in order to achieve highly scientific and data driven insights for the campaigns / accounts in order to up-sell, cross-sell and provide with highly valuable information for execution and delivery.
  • Interaction with new advertisers and enabling them to get on board and get started with proper insights on campaign execution and clear idea for future steps in optimizations and management.
  • Focus on growing new relationships with key partners, negotiate contracts and pursue ways to secure long term relationships.
  • Ensure timely and accurate invoicing by agencies and affiliates

Software Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Developer with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in building and maintaining platforms related to Mobile Value-Added Services (VAS), Direct Carrier Billing (DCB) integrations, and campaign management systems.

The ideal candidate will have strong backend development skills, a solid understanding of telco integrations, and the ability to collaborate with product, operations, and marketing teams to deliver scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain software systems related to Mobile VAS platforms and DCB integrations.
  • Implement and optimize APIs for carrier billing, subscription flows, and service activation/deactivation.
  • Integrate with telecom operators, aggregators, payment gateways, and content providers.
  • Build and maintain campaign management modules for VAS marketing and customer acquisition.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot production issues related to VAS traffic, subscriptions, and billing.
  • Ensure compliance with operator guidelines, regulatory requirements, and security standards.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to deploy new services, landing pages, shortcodes, and subscription workflows.
  • Analyze logs, KPIs, and user behavior to improve service performance and campaign conversion.

Required Skills & Qualifications
